Sounds good to me. In the future, guild business may get messy, but for now, I look forward to seeing your clan survive and thrive. Here are some conditions I'd like to have to make the alliance clear and official.
1. One person from each clan will sign up for the other clan's site as an ambassador to keep track of clan activity and occurences. Weekly activity at least would be nice.
2. Should there be clan wars, not just the simple, friendly PvP kind but the actual flaming, spamming, website-hacking, spying kind, we will aid each other in defense of each other's clans, but not in attacking other clans unless specifically requested to.
3. Should either party feel the need to disband, they will let the other clan know in advance and possibly open up options towards a merger, where members who still wish to remain in a clan may join the other clan if they wish.
4. Grounds for pulling out of the alliance include, but are not limited to: failure to protect the other clan during a true clan war, harrassing/insulting the other clan, declaring war on the other clan, etc.
5. Both parties will acknowledge that this is a game, and only a game, so nothing is to be taken so serious as to ruin one's life.
